①This requires you to first understand how to use the wood screws

②Pre-drill two holes in the wooden beam, it is recommended to use a drill bit smaller than 0.2″

③Pass the screw through the hole in the base of the swing hanger, and use a wrench or electric drill to tighten the screw

Install on Concrete

①This requires you to first understand how to use the expansion bolt

②Drill two holes in the ceiling, and then use expansion bolts to fix the swing hanger on the ceiling

Connect to items such as Resistance Bands or Suspension Strap that you need to hang
