High Density Foam Roller – Travel Size

The Deep Recovery travel size foam roller is a high density mini foam roller that comes in two different firmness: the softer green EPE version and the harder EPP version that is black. Both have a 4 inch diameter which help it fit easily in a gym or travel bag and give you better penetration than a standard size foam roller (6 inch diameter). These rollers are perfect for doing self myofascial release. The green one is softer but will deform with regular or high intensity use, so please choose accordingly.
